Wholesale Return Policy
Redfort Tech stands behind every product sold through our marketplace. This policy applies to all wholesale orders placed by approved business accounts.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Bulk orders exceeding 500 units require pre-return authorization from your account manager.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your account and navigate to Orders.
- Select the order and click Request Return.
- Provide reason for return and upload photos if the product is damaged.
- Our team will review and issue an RMA number within 2 business days.
Restocking Fees

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error by Redfort Tech. Pre-paid return labels are provided for qualifying returns.
