3PL questions, answered
No. There is no minimum unit count, no monthly platform fee and no long-term contract. You pay only for the work performed and the storage you use.
Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days from receipt. Rush handling is available for time-sensitive restocks — ask your account manager for rush pricing.
We count every carton against your packing list on arrival and issue a discrepancy report within 24 hours, including photos where relevant.
Polybags, boxes, bubble wrap, tape and pallets are billed at cost. Outbound postage and freight are passed through at carrier cost plus a handling fee.
Yes. We forward prepared cartons and pallets to marketplace fulfillment centers, plus FBM and D2C pick-and-pack for your own store or any other channel.
Your monthly unit count determines the standard-prep tier, and that rate applies to every unit prepped that month — so the rate improves automatically as you scale.
